Rani has been in the real estate industry since 2010. Over that time she has worked on venture capital financing and large-scale agricultural deals. But the work that matters most to her is helping everyday people solve their everyday money problems. That's why she founded Elevate Lending, powered by BRX. Licensed in both British Columbia and Alberta, Rani works with homeowners across both provinces who are carrying too much debt, have been turned down by the bank, or just need someone to find a way forward. She specializes in debt consolidation, bruised credit, low or non-traditional income, and using home equity to get clients back on track. She also helps business owners with business lending. Rani believes no one should be judged for how they got into a tough spot. Her focus is on finding the solution and getting clients out of debt for good.

Mortgage Underwriter
Natalia is licensed in British Columbia and Alberta, and she makes sure every file is complete, accurate and ready for the lender. She works directly with lenders and insurers on closing conditions, so clients get to the finish line without last-minute surprises. She has a lot of experience guiding first-time home buyers through a process that can feel overwhelming, and she has a real passion for self-employed borrowers. Business-for-self files are often the ones the banks find hardest. Natalia knows how to present them so they get approved.

Mercedes is the voice of Elevate Lending. She's usually the first person clients talk to, and she's there for them from the first call to closing day. She answers questions and keeps everyone updated, so clients always know what's happening and what comes next.
